The Product
Every detail of the denim was designed and developed from the ground up, from the inside label and woven tags to the custom shank. The process focused on creating a fully original piece with thoughtful branding and premium construction.

For the Fall campaign, we stripped away the noise to let the group connections speak. The creative direction leans heavily on cinematic photography, capturing the raw, effortless energy of urban youth against a stark autumnal backdrop—freezing a single moment in time.
With a hyper-minimal typography treatment and a focus on honest, unposed moments, the campaign positions Cipher not just as denim, but as the uniform of understated authority for the new generation.
